Oceanfront Otama is a brand new elevated 4 bedroom Otama holiday home, situated on a beachfront reserve section with great views of the sea and Coromandel Peninsula!

This Otama holiday home is just a short stroll across the reserve to a gorgeous north facing, white sand beach, 2km long with hardly a soul on it... Lined with large Pohutukawa trees, Otama beach offers excellent diving, fishing, and kayaking. There is a nice safe lagoon (ever changing) for the kids. Otama is also a breeding area for the endangered New Zealand Dotterel, and Bell birds can be viewed on the deck!

Built to take 2 families comfortably, this Otama accommodation has 4 bedrooms. One King, one Queen and 2 bunk rooms with generous king single beds. All mattresses are very comfortable - almost all brand new and high spec. You will find all bedrooms and bathrooms situated on the lower level. The main bathroom has a modern shower, toilet and hand basin. There is another separate toilet with hand basin and an outside shower as well - perfect for rinsing off after days spent in the surf and sand. All floors are stained plywood or lino for easy care.

The living, dining and kitchen area, as well as the decks, are on the upper level. This Otama accommodation has a modern kitchen with stainless bench and new dishwasher for absolute convenience. There are decks on 2 sides of this home, elevated to capture fantastic views. Double glazing throughout makes the house warm and cosy, and there is a pot belly for those winter nights. There is no television; but take your lap top and dvds for a bit of wet day entertainment. Otherwise, enjoy the bach for reading, board games and socialising!

The section is generous and partially fenced (no gates present at this point in time). There are great walks and tracks for biking nearby. Kuaotunu offers a good coffee, and restaurants are a 15 min drive away in Whitianga or Matarangi!
