Estuaryside is a single level simple, comfortable and easy care Pauanui holiday home in a quiet location directly on the reserve overlooking the estuary and Tairua.
At this Pauanui holiday home there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and open plan living area with a large deck with a roll out awning that is great for entertaining or relaxing in peace.
Low maintenance with lino in the main areas of the house.
There is a public playground out the back door, a walk to the shops, beach and sports activities/attractions.
There is no road between the estuary and the house with lots of room to play or walk on the reserve directly in front of the house.
