Hobbit House is a 2 bedroom Pauanui bach with a difference! Truly unique in its design, no other bach is quite like the Hobbit House - world famous in Pauanui!

This Pauanui 3 level bach has so much to offer with its quirkiness - bring the family and enjoy this "A" frame style accommodation. The house has an open plan living/kitchen area, so kick back and spend time catching up on everyone's activities of the day, or enjoy the cosy out door area with a meal fresh off the BBQ.

No traditional bedrooms found at this house, as there are separate sleeping spaces available on each level!
The sleeping space on the the first floor has a single bed and a sofa bed. On the second level you will find a king bed, and 2 single bunks. On the third level a queen bed.

This great holiday home is only a short walk away from the beach, estuary, wharf, shops, and sports club.
