The Bluff 92 is a 3 bedroom Rings Beach holiday home fashioned in contemporary style with considerable decking. Built on an elevated section and superbly designed to take advantage of the surrounding native bush, it has spectacular views over the beach and out to sea!!

This Rings Beach holiday home can sleep up to 8 guests, and is ideal for either multiple couples or extended family groups. The house features 3 flagpoles and a selection of international flags so you can choose your own to fly during your stay! The Bluff 92 is located at one end of a small settlement of about 20 houses. With such a wonderful setting in this idyllic bay, you can take an easy two minute stroll down the hill to reach the shores of the white sandy stretch of beach. To top it all off there is a lovely estuary at one end of the beach to explore!

This Rings Beach accommodation features glass walled paneled decks that surround three sides, with bi-fold French doors that span the full front of the house!! A blend of halogen and ceiling down lights, polished tongue and groove floors enhance the tastefully decorated furnishings of blues and yellows...

The master bedroom is positioned on the ocean side with doors leading to the deck, and has a queen-sized bed, bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a set of bunks, a single bed and a trundler bed making this ideal for children; there is also a walk in wardrobe and a door leading out onto the sheltered rear deck.

The third bedroom is accessed via an external stairway from the deck. The room has a queen bed, a built in wardrobe, an ensuite with a large shower, a vanity and toilet, and has its own private deck. This room has fabulous views out to sea!!

The open plan living/dining and kitchen areas are without curtains over the bi-fold doors so as to not impair the views. A wood burner fireplace and a gas heater are included to keep you warm on those winter stays. (NB: there is no guard around the fire, so may not be suitable for very young children). There is plenty of comfortable seating throughout, and while there is no TV there are loads of books and board games and a wonderful beach to fill your time!! The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities and cookware, and in the laundry you will find a second fridge available for that overflow of yummy food, including the catch of the day!

The bathroom at The Bluff 92 has a large shower, vanity and toilet, plus there is a separate laundry... Gather on the outdoor furniture when you share an easy BBQ meal with your group!
