Fully self-contained two storied, three bedroom, two-bathroom modern villa on the waterfront overlooking Tairua harbour with expansive views across the water to Pauanui. The local boat ramp is only a two-minute drive. It is an easy ten-minute walk to the Tairua shops and restaurants and a 5 minute drive to Ocean Beach. Sleeps 6.

All bedrooms are located upstairs and all beds have electric blankets. The master bedroom has a King size bed, bedside tables and lamps. There is a walk in wardrobe, ensuite and a balcony overlooking the water. The second bedroom also has a King size bed, bedside tables and lamps and a large built in wardrobe. The third bedroom has two King single beds, a bedside table and lamp and a large built in wardrobe. The large upstairs bathroom features a shower, vanity and toilet.

Single garage with internal access for guests storage but not motor vehicles. Two car/boat parks plus more on street.
