Although there are a few steps to the front door, it is well worth it to see the spectacular views!

This is a homely three bedroom house with new bathroom and modernised kitchen.
Views towards the water, Paku Hill and over rural pasture.

Located within 10minutes walk to town and 8 minutes walk to beach.
Sleeps 5 comfortably but can sleep 7

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and large double wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed.
Third room/office has a double pullout sofa bed.

All room have curtains and are fully carpeted and have plenty of drawers and storage.
The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen enjoys the extensive views, and leads out onto a deck from the Dining Room.

The lounge/dining room have carpeted floors and fabric drapes with comfortable fabric covered settee one of which can be made into a double bed.
The lounge has a built in wood fireplace a flat screen TV, DVD player and Mini Stereo System for you to enjoy.

The Dining room has a rectangular wooden table with six wooden framed fabric covered chairs and a babies high chair.

The kitchen has a new Formica bench top, standard cupboards and a pantry. A new free standing stove, 70/30 fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, electric jug, coffee plunger, toasted sandwich maker, electric frypan. There are all the usual pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The bathroom has all new fittings. It is a generous size with storage and towel rails.
The laundry has an auto washer with single tub.
There is an outdoor table and chairs, three burner b.b.q and gas bottle. We have just completed a new deck which is on two sides of the house and gives partial sea views and rural pasture views.
There is no landline telephone, no pets, and smoking is strictly outdoors please.
