There is one bathroom, as well as a laundry that has a washing machine and dryer. The two double bedrooms are located next to the kitchen with the bunk room just down some small steps along from the second bedroom.

The kitchen, lounge and dining area is open plan, with the lounge flowing to the outdoor deck and grassed area. The lounge has a TV, CD, DVD, and Video for when the weather is not so good. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, waste disposal and cooking facilities, and there is a BBQ and outdoor furniture if you wish to entertain outside.
