Tween Blue & Green is a 2 bedroom Whangamata modern holiday home offering a sunny, welcoming and spacious base for discovering this beautiful location, and an easy stroll to the beach.

This Whangamata holiday house has an enclosed patio/BBQ area with access from both the street and the open plan dining/living room - the perfect summer spot to relax and recharge the batteries.

Situated on the ground level is the master bedroom with queen size bed, as well as the living and dining room with large flat screen TV, DVD Player and 3 piece leather lounge suite. You will also find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave & dishwasher on this level, as well as the bathroom and laundry. There is access to the single garage from this floor. Enjoy the gas flame log burner, which will keep you warm and cosy in winter!

On the upper level you will find the 2nd bedroom with both a queen and a single bed, as well as a second bathroom with bath included, and a very large open-plan living area with another TV, writing desk, comfortable 3 piece suite, plus an additional queen and single bed!

Ideally situated just 4 minutes stroll to the surf beach, within close proximity to the patrolled flagged area, and also very handy to the 9 hole golf course.The Port Rd shopping area is a 10-15 min walk away and the community swimming pool is also just a 5 min walk.
