The main bedroom contains a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 singles. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. There is a separate toilet and a separate laundry with washing machine and tub.

The Kitchen has a fridge (with small freezer), stove and microwave. Heating is by way of gas heater, electric fan heaters and there are plenty of blankets. In the lounge, there is the TV (no Sky) and DVD, and in the dining area there is a radio/CD player.

Just a 5 minute walk to the surf beach, a 10 minute walk to the Surf Club and an easy walk to the town centre (2kms).

Popular amenities such as the 9 hole Williamson Golf Course and the 18 hole Titoki Golf Course are only a few minutes drive away, as is the harbour boat ramp.
