Boltons Bach is a traditional Lockwood style split level Whangapoua beach house just over the road from the beach. At the top of the Rimu stair case of the accommodation is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with toilet and basin only, and another bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed. The open plan lounge contains the dining area, kitchen and 2 x single beds. Downstairs is the basement, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. Ultra Violet water treatment system including Microlene water filter tap in kitchen ensures our water supply is pure and safe for consumption.

The front deck catches the morning and midday sun, the back deck is where you will bask in the evening sun while cooking your dinner on the gas BBQ. Boltons Bach is situated 1 section back from the sea and over the road, the beach is a 2-minute stroll away. The location of this Whangapoua beach house is easy to access, unfenced and open, with plenty of parking on the grass for cars and your boat.

Make the small community of Whangapoua your destination. Experience the unique bush walk around the harbour estuary and take a swim in the calm waters there. Perhaps take a walk around to the famous New Chums beach. Swim, fish, dive, water ski, canoe at Whangapoua surf beach, play tennis or take the younger kids to the calmer waters of the lagoon, this is a paradise and caters for all!
