A clean and tidy two-storied home that commands excellent views of the bay. The house is located on a cul-de-sac off the main road, with the beach just across the road (1 - 2 minute walk).
Upstairs is fully furnished, with 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, kitchen and laundry, and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area.

One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two singles. Both rooms have wardobes. The 3rd bedroom is in large room downstairs and has a double bed. There is a small, sunny living area outside the downstairs room.

There is extensive sea views from the kitchen, dining room and lounge, with the dining area opening on to a large deck (NOTE: railings not suitable for children). The lounge includes new seating, a large screen television, stereo, and a Kent fireplace making this home ideal for a summer or winter stay.

The kitchen includes an oven/stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric frypan, Top Cook grill/bake unit, blender, electric jug, toaster and all the usual glassware, crockery, cutlery, pots etc.

The bathroom has a shub/shower and vanity with a separate toilet, and the laundry has an automatic washing machine.

The lounge also opens up to a flat, grassed area at with decking and a BBQ table.

Wharekaho Bay is only a short 5 minute drive from the heart of Whitianga, and is a great place to relax.
