The master bedroom has a double bed,a single bed and a cot. The other two bedrooms each contain two single beds, one of the these bedrooms has a sunroom adjacent that leads to the deck.

The open plan lounge/dining area has a cane suite with fabric cushions that include a 3 seater and a 2-seater couch, two armchairs, footstool and coffee table. There is also another armchair and a single bed used for seating, a television, video, a CD/radio/tapedeck, two side tables, wooden tea trolley and an electric heater. The dining area has a wooden table, 5 cane chairs and a highchair.

The kitchen has an oven/stove, 2 x fridge/freezer, dishwasher, small microwave,
walk-in pantry, 4-slice toaster, electric jug, food processor, electric frypan and all the usual crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans etc.
