A modern two bedroom single level bach plus sleep-out, situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and only a one minute walk to the beach across the road. Ideal for two small families of 2 adults and 2 children each, although can sleep up to 9 people.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside drawers, dresser and wardrobe. There are bamboo blinds and wooden look flooring. The second bedroom has a set of single bunks as well as a single divan bed. This room has a four drawer dresser, bamboo blinds, and wood look flooring.

The lounge, dining room and kitchen areas of the main house are all open plan living. The walls are painted gib, and the flooring is painted particle board. The windows have fabric curtains and wooden blinds. There is a ranchslider in the lounge opening out onto the front deck. The lounge has a small television and video, a CD/radio/cassette stereo, and a coffee table, there is a comfy three seater and two seater corner unit style couch. The dining room has a wooden dining table which is extendable and four wooden framed chairs.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a 60/40 fridge/freezer, a microwave, small liquidiser for milkshakes etc and is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.

The main bathroom has a separate shower room, separate toilet and separate vanity room. All of these rooms have painted particle board flooring.

There is an automatic washing machine in the sleepout located in an alcove partitioned off from the bathroom.

The outside sleep-out is completely separate to the house and features in the main room a queen size slat bed, cane dresser, 14” TV, a wardrobe and ranchslider with fabric curtains. The hot water cupboard is also in this room. There is a small separate bedroom with a set of single bunks. All rooms feature cork tile flooring and bamboo blinds. There is a modern bathroom with high pressure shower, vanity and toilet.

Outside furniture includes a three burner gas barbeque, table and chairs and a sun umbrella. There is an expansive flat area of grass at the front of the section, ideal for children playing , with a trampoline and parking
