Beach Haven is a modernised 70's style beach house located in Simpsons Beach, with 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It is situated on a large flat grassy section in a quite cul de sac and just 1 minute across the road to the beach. It is north facing, and has a view of the sea from the upper deck between the two houses opposite. Sleeps maximum 6.

The master bedroom upstairs has a double bed, large double wardrobe and chest of drawers. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, sink, and a separate toilet. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs, one is furnished with a 60's style double bed with fitted headboard and side tables, single open wardrobe and cotton blinds, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and cotton curtains. Both of these downstairs rooms have lovely views into the garden. The bathroom downstairs is new, with shower, sink, and toilet.

Downstairs there is also a small living area with 2-seater couch, 2 armchairs. The laundry is downstairs and has a washing machine, dryer, small bar fridge, iron and ironing board. The open plan lounge/dining area upstairs features glass doors which open onto the front deck, with outdoor dining. This inside is furnished with a 2 seater couch, 2 armchairs, coffee table etc, a 21” television,cd/dvd player,digital tv receiver. The dining area has a glass and cane round dining table with 4 chairs. This area has linen curtains and polished floor. The kitchen has a new stainless, gas/electric stove, and new refrigerator.
