The rear 3 bedroom unit of two is situated 3 sections from the beach and is an easy flat walk less than 4 minutes away. It is north facing and enjoys a sunny outlook for great indoor/outdoor living. Comfortably sleeps 6.

The unit is fully carpeted throughout and also fitted with fabric curtains.

The master bedroom has a double bed and features a ranchslider which opens on to the deck. A second bedroom has a double bed whilst the third has twin single beds.

The lounge/dining area is open plan and spacious with easy access to a wide fully covered deck that runs the length of the unit.

The lounge furniture consists of a three seater settee, a two seater settee plus two single chairs. A small TV, (receiving channels 1, 2 & 3), VCR and DVD are provided. A sideboard is also situated in the lounge along with a coffee table.

The dining room has a large round table and four chairs with separate seating for six others in a bay window and casual furniture.

The kitchen has a new standard electric oven, microwave, a large 70/30 fridge/freezer, blender, coffee plunger, electric toaster and jug and a wide range of utensils plus good cupboard storage.

There is an older style automatic washing machine, and there is no telephone.
Outdoor furniture includes a picnic table, table and chairs, a sun umbrella and a 3 burner gas BBQ.
