Norma's Place is a beachfront Wharekaho holiday home and is suitable for families as you can walk from the front deck, across the lawn and onto the beach. No roads to cross or hills to traverse! Watch your kids play on the beach while you have a cuppa (or wine) on the front deck or lawn.

This 3 bedroom Wharekaho holiday home is a Lockwood style home, that fits aesthetically in with the surrounding trees and shrubs, and has panoramic views of Wharekaho (Simpsons) beach, Mercury Bay and across to Cooks Beach.

Norma's Place has three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and two with two single beds. The master bedroom has access to the sun deck that looks out over the beach. It has a queen size bed, bedside tables, dressing table and a large double built in wardrobe. The second bedroom is next to the master bedroom and also opens out onto the sun deck. It has two single beds, chest of drawers and a double built in wardrobe. The third bedroom is at the back of the house and has two single beds and a chest of drawers but no wardrobe.

The bathroom consists of a shower, vanity and towel rails, and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine, tub, ironing board and iron, and hot water cupboard.

The living area has extensive sea and hill views and opens out onto the sun deck. It has 2 and 3 seater couches plus two easy chairs, a coffee table, a bookcase, a 32" TV, and a DVD player. The dining area is open plan with the living area and the kitchen. The dining table seats up to six people.

The open kitchen has an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric jug, toaster, kitchen whiz and the usual pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware. It has a walk in pantry and a large bench space.

There are two loungers and two deck chairs on the deck. The gas BBQ is situated on the side deck.

There is no landline telephone available however cell phones get good reception.
There is parking at the back of the house for a maximum of three cars.
