Golden Sands - Whitianga Holiday Home. A tri-level, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home down a right-of-way, partial sea views and just 1-2 minute across the road to the beach and a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops.

The house is fully carpeted and has fabric curtains. The master bedroom has glass sliding doors out onto the deck, a queen bed, dresser, built-in wardrobe, and ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. The other two bedrooms are on the top floor, one room has two double beds and the other has one double and three singles, one has a TV, and both have walk-in wardrobes.

The open plan/dining and kitchen are on the middle level with glass sliding doors out to the deck and a feature bay window. The front deck has railings and railed steps down to the lawn, however the railings are fairly wide apart and care will need to be maintained when young children are present. The lounge has an older lounge suite consisting of a 3-seater couch and 3 armchairs, television, mini-system stereo, cabinet, coffee table and electric heater. The dining area has an extendable formica top table and 6 wooden framed chairs.

The kitchen has a small feature bay window, oven/stove, fridge/freezer, older dishwasher, small microwave, electric frypan, pantry, toasted sandwich maker, toaster, electric jug and all the usual cutlery, pots, crockery, glassware etc.

The main bathroom is also on the middle level and has a bath, vanity and toilet; automatic washing machine, an older drinks fridge and some bar stools on this level.

The outdoors has a cobblestone driveway and parking area, the deck on the middle level has another bathroom is on the garage level with a shower and toilet. There is also a wrought iron table and chairs, sun umbrella and a gas barbeque. A cot is available but you will need to bring your own cot mattress.
