The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds and bedside tables. All bedrooms are carpeted, have built in wardrobes and fabric drapes.

The open plan lounge/dining area is furnished with 6 piece green cord covered corner suite, 21" TV (receiving channels 1,2 & 3), video, DVD, portable mini system stereo with CD/Cassette player, coffee table, bookcase, cabinet and side table. The dining area has a large round wooden table with 5 wood framed fabric covered chairs. From both these areas you have access through ranchsliders to the decks at the front, back and side where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Mercury Bay.

The kitchen is equipped with a brand new 4 element ceramic hob, microwave, new medium size 70/30 fridge/freezer, electric jug, toaster, and the usual selection of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. New F&P dish washer, which has replaced the oven so there is. NO OVEN. This kitchen has very recently been re painted, tiled and a new bench top installed.

The original bathroom come laundry adjacent to the master bedroom has a shower, an older style automatic washing machine and the toilet is a separate room off this area. The new bathroom has a shower and vanity. All the wet areas have lino-covered floors, and the rest of the house is carpeted.

The outdoor furniture comprises a table and chairs, sun umbrella and a large 3-burner gas BBQ. There is a double garage for parking and storage during your stay.
