This Whitianga Holiday Home is two storied, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open plan living area has glass sliding doors leading out onto the deck, allowing excellent indoor/outdoor flow and the full enjoyment of the views. There is also a fireplace making this an ideal choice for any winter stays.

Two of the bedrooms are upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a queen sized bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. There are two further bedrooms downstairs, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Both of these bedrooms have glass sliding doors leading out onto a private lawned area

The upstairs bathroom has shower and a separate toilet. The downstairs bathroom has a bath with shower and toilet. The laundry cupboard is downstairs with a washing machine and tub.

Outdoor furnishings includes a wooden table and chairs and a gas barbeque. There are decks both front and back with seating.
