Upstairs the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom, bedroom two has two single beds, bedroom three a double, bedroom four has two king singles and downstairs there is a fifth bedroom with a single bed and an extra mattress.

The spacious lounge has a fabric covered three seater sofa and armchairs, large television with Freeview connection, mini system stereo with CD /cassette, coffee table, cabinet and a magnificent gas fireplace. The elegant dining setting features a stunning view of the bay and has a wooden dining table with 8 wooden framed, fabric covered chairs. There is also a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen of this Whitianga holiday home has granite bench-tops, a new wall oven and gas bench hob, rangehood, large 70/30 fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wastemaster, blender, toaster, electric jug, coffee plunger, and a selection of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware etc.

There are three fresh tiled bathrooms, the master bedroom ensuite & downstairs bathroom each have a shower, vanity and toilet and the upstairs bathroom is also fitted with a bath. The laundry has an automatic washing machine.

There is a choice of outdoor living options with tiled decking off the dining, lounge, kitchen and master bedroom, furniture includes an outdoor table and chair setting, sun umbrella, a gas barbeque and a picnic table. There is no landline telephone connection at the house but mobile phone reception is reasonably good in and around Whitianga.
