This Whitianga Apartment is a 2 storied, fully furnished, self-contained three bedroom villa comfortably sleeping 6, and is part of a holiday complex consisting of 50 modern apartments. Guests have full use of heated swimming pool, spa and barbeque facilities. The complex is 2.5 kms from Whitianga Township and directly across the road from Brophy’s Beach with safe swimming, rock pool fun and Boat ramp for trailered vessels!

This Whitianga apartment has parquet style flooring throughout the dining, kitchen and lounge living areas downstairs, and a carpet square in the lounge, and the stairwell and upstairs floor are carpeted - holiday fun with appointed style!

Upstairs accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with one Queen and one King size beds. The Master bedroom has a ranch slider opening onto its own decking with a (partial) sea view and bedroom 2 with views onto the pool area. All three bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and two of the rooms have a set of drawers.

The bathroom is also upstairs and has a tiled floor, cubicle shower, vanity, heated towel rail and toilet.

Downstairs consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living area, full width ranch slider opening onto decking with (partial) sea views. The lounge area has full length fabric drapes and is furnished with a 3 seater and 2 seater couch, television, DVD player, VCR player, micro sound system, side table and an oil column heater for any cooler evenings. The dining area has a wooden rectangular table with six wooden framed chairs.

The third bedroom is on this level with 2 single beds and a toilet with hand basin is off the lounge.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with a stainless steel island bench, new 70/30 fridge /freezer, dishwasher, wastemaster, rangehood, microwave, under bench electric oven with bench top ceramic hobs, toaster, electric jug, coffee peculator and a good selection of accessories and utensils.

The laundry facilities are behind the kitchen and include an automatic washing machine and clothes drier.
