This is a cute, 2 bedroom home, which has been recently completely redecorated, with the original Matai floors stained and highly polished. This is a very secluded spot, with a beautiful safe stream for children to swim. There is extensive decking around the house, with a great-bricked BBQ area with shade sails, which overlooks the stream. The walk to Coromandel shops takes about 30 minutes, swimming and boat launch at Oamaru Bay approx 5-10 minutes drive.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, side tables, bookshelf and freestanding clothes hanger. The second bedroom has a double bed; side tables and also has a freestanding clothes hanger. Both bedrooms have bi-fold door leading onto the deck.

There is a separate sleep out attached to the garage (50yds), which can sleep 4 and has 1 queen size bed, and a double bed, a side table and freestanding clothes hanger and has a small deck accessed through the ranch slider.

The open plan lounge features bi-folding doors which lead out onto the deck overlooking the stream and is furnished with 2 x 2 seater cane/fabric settee and 2 cane/fabric armchairs, a coffee table, bookcase, side table, mini system stereo, a 29” TV with DVD player, closed fireplace and an oil column heater.

The dining area has a rectangular wooden table with 6 padded wooden chairs. The kitchen has a standard electric stove, gas hobs, rangehood, single dish drawer dishwasher, 70/30 fridge/freezer, microwave, electric frypan, electric jug, toaster, and the usual selection of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, and a large double pantry.

The bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel rail and there is an near new F & P automatic washing machine. There is no telephone connection.

The outdoor furniture includes a large wooden table and chairs and 2 shade sails for the main house and also one outside the sleep out with a sun umbrella. There is a 3-burner gas barbeque incorporated into the brick casing on the main deck.

Linen and towels are not included in the nightly rates, but are available for hire.Optional departure cleaning service is available on request.
