It has the original kauri tongue & groove floors with rugs and the window coverings are fabric curtains or roman blinds throughout. The sunny, open plan living / dining room features French doors leading out onto a courtyard. The living room contains a 3 seater couch, two armchairs, a small TV, mini stereo with CD, DVD player, a cabinet and a side table. There is also a wood burning fire.
The dining area has a wooden dining table with 4 chairs.

The modern kitchen features recycled kauri bench tops, a standard gas/ electric stove, rangehood, a small fridge, dishwasher, toaster electric jug, coffee plunger and a range of pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The lovely modern bathroom has underfloor heating, shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel rail. The laundry has a new automatic washing machine and drier.

The lovely garden and courtyard/ patio area off the living room at the back of the cottage is sunny and sheltered, it has a shade sail and the outdoor furniture includes a table, 4 chairs and a small gas barbeque. The front of the house has a traditional verandah and white picket fence.

No landline connection but cell phone coverage is good.
