Come and enjoy a gorgeous holiday in this beautiful area of New Zealand.
The accommodation stands between Deep Creek stream and the Wakamarina river, in its own 3/4 of an acre. Bell Birds, Tuis and Wood Pigeons are a few of the birds you can expect to see from the stunning balcony.
The area was at the centre of the gold rush country and it's still possible to find gold by fossiking or panning the Wakamarina. There was an inn called The Reefers Rest about 20 feet from where the house stands now, the sense of history seems to seep from the ground.
Feeling active? Kayak the Abel Tasmin, cycle the Marlborough Sounds, walk the Queen Charlotte Walk. Feeling hungry? Dine on Green Lipped mussels at near-by Havelock, or try The Trout, 10 minutes drive from the accommodation, good meals at good prices.
Above all, relax and re-charge in this tranquil and beautiful place.
