Tirohanga is a 3 bedroom Russell holiday home, located at H Pine Tree Lane, Te Wahapu Road, Russell, Bay of Islands... A rustic, 4 tiered house surrounded by native bush, secluded in the treetops with fabulous sea views out over the Te Wahapu Peninsula.

This Tirohanga holiday home offers you a 1 minute stroll down a track to the bottom of the section where the water laps up onto the beach... This property is ideal for a maximum of 2 couples with up to 3-4 children.

*Please note that the bush surrounding track from the parking area down to the house may not be suitable for anyone with a walking disability.

There are 2 loft-styled bedrooms upstairs at this Russell accommodation with wood paneled angled ceilings. One of these contains a Queen bed and the other has 2 single beds, which can zip together to make a very comfortable king-sized bed. There is an additional cot in this room. There is a large dormitory-styled third bedroom with a toilet and bathroom vanity unit in a separate building across the deck from the main house, containing 3 single beds - we have found 2 of these beds can be made up into another king size bed if required, as well as 1 set of bunks. This room has polished particle board floors with a rug and has curtains, making this an ideal children's room.

The open plan dining/lounge is carpeted and has blinds for comfort and privacy. There is a wooden dining table, a TV/DVD/CD stereo, ample seating and a fireplace for those winter stays. There is a step-down from this area into a conservatory with seagrass matting on the floor and feature windows that take full advantage of the views. It also has a double foldout sofa bed which would be an ideal spot for relaxing with a book.
