“We had a great time at Ollaberry.”
Basic facilities but has everything you need. Ideal for young families and couples with great location to everything and walking distance to the estuary. Will happily stay again :-)

Jeanette “Everything about the house was as listed and we're very happy with everything about it EXCEPT not getting a good night's sleep due to water pump inside a shed 3m away from both bedrooms, turning on for 6 seconds then off for 21 seconds then back on 24 hours of the day.”
We asked if we could turn it off at night when we went to bed, but never got a yes or no answer, only that it's normal as the water tank must have a leak.

Rose “Really cute place although quite dated.”
We did pay for sheets, towels etc but the double bed didnât have any pillow cases on which was weird, only on the two single beds - maybe it was just missed? Also really hot and no fan or anything, so struggled to sleep at night. Also couldnât find the dvd player, but managed to get the tv to work after a few goes. It was a good simple place to crash at night but perhaps not for a longer stay. Thanks for having us!

Great location, easy walking distance to town and inlet, heaps of lawn space and fenced for kids to play, great all day sun, fantastic chilling on the deck and loved the use of the BBQ, only note is there is no internet.

Deck gets the afternoon sun with a great size section for the kids to run and play on. I would stay again for sure.

Everything you need and 5 minute walk to the shops. Having the bunks is a added bonus for a few kids. Clare (Manager) was great to deal with and had the place ready for us on time.

Good value for money. Awesome location to estuary and shops. Couldnât work the tv or DVD player as instructions were incorrect. Mattress protectors needed a clean as well as the floor under the bunks.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. Weâll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Ollaberry is a two-bedroom Mangawhai Heads bach set on a large, fully fenced section with a sunny deck. It is located only 2 minutes walk from the sandy, safe estuary, and it is a 5 minute walk to the shops and cafe's at the Mangawhai Heads shops! This Mangawhai Heads bach is situated only a short drive away from the surf beach, and the golf course is even closer! This Mangawhai bach is simple yet comfortable, and can sleep 6 with ease. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two single bunk sets. All the basic amenities you could need can be found in this Mangawhai accommodation giving you everything you require to relax, and nothing to stress about. Feel free to hit the beach and use the surfboard and boogie boards during your stay! Ollaberry awaits for your next relaxing retreat!
