With a Heatpump and log fireplace for those cooler nights, Olde Beach Pearl lends itself to a relaxing, stress free holiday with Cafes, tennis courts and the local store only minutes away!

Waikanae Beach is excellent for swimming or surfing the waves on kayaks and boogie-boards, and a very popular fishing and white-baiting area. Golf courses at Waikanae and Paraparaumu and plenty of walking and cycling tracks in the area will keep the sports lovers coming back for more!

This Waikanae home is ideally situated for using the Tranz Metro train service that provides a relaxing, hassle-free travel option from Waikanae to Wellington and the Westpac stadium.

This bach will accommodate up to 7 people. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a double futon in the living area. Please note, the single bed in bedroom 3 is only suitable for a child. The bathroom includes shower, toilet and laundry facilities, and there is also a second toilet.

You will find plenty of off street parking, for 3+ cars... Ideal for the boating enthusiast!
