Orchard View Cottage is just moments away from the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park, the beaches of Kaiteriteri & Marahau & the township of Motueka. Being this close to all activities and amenities means that we provide the perfect base for your holiday.

Overlooking the kiwifruit orchard with pine forest to the rear, Orchard View offers you comfortable, self contained accommodation for up to five people.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed & the second bedroom has two single bunk beds. A double sofa bed in the living area sleeps a fifth person & a port a cot is available on request. Freshly laundered linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster etc., and the living/dining area has satellite TV, CD player and phone. There is a large shower and vanity area with separate WC.

The sunny deck has some beautiful views across the valley and is a great place to relax, listen to the abundance of native birdsong and watch the antics of the various animals. Furnished with tables, chairs & gas BBQ it is perfect for outdoor living.

A two minute stroll will bring you to the river where you can fish for trout or feed the ducks. At the property there are small farm animals, dogs, horses, llamas & cats plus free range hens, turkeys & peacocks. A great place for children (who are welcome to help feed the animals), & fishermen alike.

The cottage is well away from the road with plenty of space to park your car and boat too.

Free range eggs & organic vegetables may be available in season.
