This Raglan holiday house is a quiet cottage down a right of way, located on a small section with a small view of the harbour.
Chill Out Cottage in Raglan has decking on 2 sides of the house. There is a ramp to the front door and a large bathroom, plus double doors into the front bedroom. Thus, this Raglan bach is suitable for those in a wheelchair as long as they have some mobility to access the bathroom which isn't designed for wheelchair access. (there is a shower over the bath)
The 3 bedrooms are of a reasonable size, the front bedroom has bay window, and the 3rd bedroom has been converted from the original garage.
(Please note that the top bunk is only suitable for older children as there is no ladder)
The ceilings are timber and it has new carpet in the lounge & bedrooms 1 & 2, so this Raglan holiday house should be nice and cosy!
The shower is over the bath - there is no separate shower. Please note that parking is limited.
This Raglan holiday home is warm, sunny & north facing. It is just 10 minutes walk to Raglans shops, cafes & restaurants.
