Attached is a studio with a sitting room/kitchen, bedroom & bathroom that can be let with the house. (Rates do include the studio). This Martinborough accommodation is a 10 minutes walk to the village and almost adjacent to vineyards & vineyard walks. The village has superb restaurants, wine shops and a beautiful iconic hotel as well as pubs. The Wairarapa is an emerging tourist area. Each community has it's own special interests from November until April.
The Martinborough holiday home is suitable for disabled visitors having one specially adapted bathroom.
There is a large flat garden great for relaxing in with a glass of local wine.

Special Conditions
**Rate is for 2 people. Each additional couple is $100 per night, or $50 per person per night including children. The studio is available subject to prior approval by Bachcare, and can sleep an additional 2 people bringing the maximum to 8.
