“Great, modern, clean, comfortable Bach with a beautiful outlook.”
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Only thing we thought was missing was a little basket of toys for kids (to save us lugging so much from home). And we thought the bikes from the photo were available for use but they were locked away. Minor things and we’d recommend regardless.

Only a few things could have been better- some more outdoor lazy chairs ( maybe loungers or more beanbags). A few bits needed replacing- towels rail and the dishwasher bottom rack was rather temperamental, would of been great to have another small fridge maybe in the outside room/garage area.Otherwise a great place to stay and would recommend to others.

Good location close to the shops, playground, and estuary. Very well equipped and clean. It's great to have the outlook to the golf course and beyond to the mountain. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Looked like it had been cleaned but a while ago so there was a bit of an ant issue and cobwebs etc, and the outdoor room had been closed up for quite some time so was very musty. Overall great place though and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were able to buy some wood for the outdoor fireplace from the superette too which was lovely sitting out in the evening.

Tahlia “A great little place for our whānau getaway!”
Close to the shops and plenty of playgrounds in the area - and a nice bike down to the beach! Beds were comfy and had everything we needed for the week. Would definitely book again!

Great parking for boats / jet-skis. Plenty of space in the house & sleepout for everyone and everything is well set out. Great deck and backyard space too. We will definitely be back. A great property

The property
On The Green is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Pauanui holiday home plus a sleepout. Enjoy the peaceful location right on the golf course, moments from the shopping centre and just minutes from the estuary or beach! This Pauanui holiday home is a relaxed and comfortable holiday base for up to 11 guests. The main house includes cosy, open plan living that flows onto the front deck. The front deck is spacious and offers great views of the golf course, or wander to the rear deck for laid back BBQs in the sun! Bedroom 1 at this Pauanui accommodation is located off the living area, and is fitted with a queen bed. It also has an ensuite bathroom plus deck access for easy summer stays. Also located off the living area, bedroom 2 includes a king-single bunk beds plus a single trundle bed which can either be added to make the bottom bunk bed into a double bed or be a third bed in this bedroom. A bathroom and laundry complete the indoor setup in the main house, plus there is an outdoor hot shower in the backyard when required. The separate sleepout is situated next to the main house, and includes 2 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, and bedroom 2 is fitted with single bunk beds and a fold-out couch. The sleepout also includes a heat pump for both the summer and winter months. Kick back on the deck, enjoy a round of golf just moments from your door, wander down to the shops or head to the beach or the estuary. Pauanui welcomes you for a refreshing getaway On The Green!
