    “Property had not been cleaned after the previous guests left the day of our arrival - toilets and sinks were filthy and there were shampoo containers left in the shower from the previous guest(s).”

    No ironing board but an iron is provided? Beds were uncomfortable. Wooden venetian blinds in the second bedroom DO NOT block out light. Main bathroom sink plug was broken - we contacted bachcare on the first morning of our stay (left a message outside of hours) and we're still waiting for a return call. We managed to "kind of" fix the sink plug mechanism. Great location. We will NEVER be booking accommodation through bachcare again.

The property

Waterfront Bliss is a 2 storey, 3 bedroom Tairua holiday home with expansive views over Tairua harbour to Pauanui! You are 2 minutes drive to the local boat ramp, an easy 10 minute walk to the Tairua shops and restaurants, and less than a 5 minute drive to Ocean Beach!! This Tairua holiday home has easy open-plan living downstairs, with the kitchen, dining, and lounge opening onto decking with full sea views and benefits from WiFi and a Smart TV. This is a great spot for BBQ's or simply soaking up some sun! There is a separate toilet located on this level also. Each of the bedrooms at this Tairua accommodation is situated upstairs - the master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, an ensuite, and a balcony overlooking the water. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, and the third bedroom has two king single beds. The main bathroom upstairs is spacious and includes shower, vanity and toilet. The single garage with internal access is available for guest storage but not motor vehicles, with 2 car/boat parks plus more on street. This Tairua holiday home is a comfortable option for up to 6 guests in a great location... Sit back with a cool drink and watch the world go by, or throw your towel over your shoulder and hit the beach! Modern and laid back... Tairua welcomes you for Waterfront Bliss!

A 25 minute drive from bustling beach resort Pauanui, Tairua is the perfect spot for exploring the east coast and its offshore islands. Stunning views out to the Alderman, Slipper and Shoe Islands, and climbing up Mount Paku you'll be welcomed by views back to The Pinnacles in Coromandel Forest Park.
