Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Sand Castles is a spacious five-bedroom beachfront retreat perfectly positioned directly across the road from the golden sands of Mount Maunganui Beach. Set across two self-contained levels, the home offers flexibility and privacy while still providing plenty of space to come together. Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan living and dining area captures stunning beach views through large windows, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Step out onto the sunny deck and enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises over the ocean, gather for alfresco meals, or simply sit back and take in the ever-changing coastal scenery. The modern kitchen is well equipped for easy holiday dining. Downstairs, a second open-plan living area opens onto a balcony overlooking the beach, providing another inviting space to relax after a day by the water. With separate entrances, bathrooms, and living areas on each floor, Sand Castles is well suited to extended families or groups travelling together. Accommodation is spread across five comfortable bedrooms, including two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and two bedrooms featuring king single beds. Two bathrooms and complimentary WiFi provide all the essentials for a hassle-free stay. The real highlight is the location. Simply cross the road and you're on the beach, ready for a day of swimming, surfing, fishing, or long walks along the shoreline. “We absolutely loved our stay at Sand Castles.”
There was enough room for the nine adults that stayed there to be a le to sit in the lounge and around the table comfortably. The beds were also very comfy. The place was clean and tidy. The Property Manager was awesome and responded to our questions promptly.
