    Why should I rent through Bachcare?
    Bachcare offers New Zealand's largest range of pre-serviced holiday accommodation. At Bachcare, we're always trying to make your stay the best it possibly can be, that's why we provide guest services, something that's usually only offered in hotels. Our local Holiday Managers will ensure your chosen holiday accommodation is prepared for your arrival and that you are settled into your accommodation. They bring you local knowledge and are on hand to make your stay even more memorable.     How can I pay for my chosen holiday home?
    You can submit your booking request directly online on the Bachcare website using your Visa or Mastercard. A deposit is taken at time of booking, and the remaining payment and bond is deducted closer to the time of rental. (See terms and conditions for the exact timing of the final payment). The Bachcare website is fully secure and encrypted, so it is quite safe to submit your booking request online. Bachcare does not store any of your credit card details. All monies received are held in a Bachcare Trust account with a major NZ bank.
    Do I pay a bond and how do I get it back?
    A bond is required to be paid before you stay at your chosen holiday home. The bond will be refunded within seven working days of the end of your stay, provided that the property is left in the same condition in which it was found with no items needing repair or replacement and no breach of the rental guest terms and conditions.  The bond will be refunded back to the credit card you used to making your booking request and / or final payment.
    Who cleans the holiday home?
    Your Holiday Manager (in areas where a holiday manager is present) prepares the property for your arrival.  We ask that you leave the property in the same condition you found it in.  If any cleaning needs to be done after your departure, the Holiday Manager undertakes the clean and the cost is passed on to you! 
    Do we need to bring our own linen?
    Only if you wish to! If you'd rather leave it at home, most of Bachcare's holiday houses have linen, cleaning, and other services available for a small additional cost. For more information see each listing.  Duvets and pillows are provided at each holiday home.
