    It is a huge relief to us to have the kind of service bachcare offers when you are so far away from your investment property. 

    It could have been several weeks before either ourselves or tenants found the results of the leak which would have been disastrous.  With the prompt communication from Roger at bachcare as soon as he discovered the leak, we were able to get it sorted immediately avoiding any further damage to our holiday home.

    Hi Alana Just thought I’d let you know that we had a great time staying in "The Arbour" holiday home in Christchurch. It is a lovely house…lots of room for a family and very well set up.     Fisher & Paykel use bachcare and everyone comes out winners

    Hi Bachcare

    I have recieved your email and started to fill out the Bachcare feedback form and found that it would be better just to give you feedback via email as our situation differed from most.

    We booked the Bach which was stayed in by one of our Fisher & Paykel promotion winners. I would like to thank all of Bach Care for their professional help in making this happen for our promo winner. She has replyed to us saying how enjoyable her time was.

    She sent us this message among many: Hi guys Just wanted to say a very big thank you for all your help and effort for my week at Hahei last week. It was absolutely wonderful. Weather was gorgeous up till Tuesday but even that didn't stop us from having a wonderful time.

    Went to Cathedral Cove several times, took the Ferry to Whitianga and swam lots. The only thing we didn't manage was Hot Water Beach as the waves were too big to dig our holes. The morning with the Silver Ferns was great. Met them at Ferry Landing and went over to Whitianga were we did the bone carving. Had a lovely time and a wonderful reminder every time I wear my necklace. All the girls were very welcoming and we had a delicious lunch after which I rolled home.

    Thank you so much for all that food and drink too. We ate like kings for the week. The house was absolutely wonderful, the setup just perfect for us all. The car was wonderful to drive, really big and comfortable. Mine felt funny to get back into. Bruce and Jan were lovely, looked after us really well. There was even some delicious home baking when we arrived. So thank you very much for all you did. We really really appreciate it.

    Hahei Hideaway better than beachfront

    Many thanks Kareen. We did have a very relaxing and nice w/e thankyou, helped of course by the glorious weather.

    Hahei Hideway is a super house to rent. Unpretentious, but with everything you need for easy living and comfort and the deck and BBQ area is wonderful. In retrospect, we were pleased all the waterfront baches were "taken" by the time we booked, as where we were was private and quiet and the house has a view to die for!

    We are impressed with the Bachcare operation and may consider putting our house at Taupo in your "pool." We will definitely use Bachcare again as we enjoy going to different places and it works much better than answering adverts from the Herald or even renting form friends.

    Dear Alana and Leslie Well I have returned from Hahei refreshed and revitalised!. Idle was wonderful - thank you so much for organising alternative accomodation for us. It's easy to be a good organisation when things all go right, but the real measure is when things go to custard and Bachcare certainly proved their worth to me. If I could leave Auckland forever I would not be sad...but that is for another day.     Managawhai Holiday Home Just Right!

    Returning home to see the changes

    Dear Kareen Thanking you and Mary for last weekend. We all had a great weekend, relaxing and getting away together. It has been more than 10 years since our siblings have been back to Hahei for a holiday so there were a lot of changes for them to catch up with. Greg and I have been back there on and off for years but it is still good to get away. The Beach Cove bach was great. It has everything you need along with a few mod cons that you wouldn't normally take when camping.

    Hi Katie, We had a fantastic holiday, with your help; THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! I must compliment you on your professionalism and the friendliness and helpfulness of both bach managers, Nigel Brock and Lyn Tinkler. We made the best of the rainy weather at Rotorua and did everything that Rotorua has to offer. We had one glorious, sunny day at Cooks Beach and saw everything and spend time on all the immaculate beaches. It's only a pleasure to leave the properties in a good, clean state. Our family, who visited from South Africa, was most impressed and all had a fantastic holiday. My sister and her husband were so impressed that they are planning to immigrate to NZ for good, as we did.     Snow and Mountain Bach in Ohakune is great!

    We had a fantastic time in Ohakune and the Ohakune bach was just perfect for us. We certainly intend to repeat the experience, and it will be so much easier not having to find a place to stay, as we will want to book the same place in Ohakune. Having used Snow and Mountain Bach once you also know exactly what to expect and that takes a lot of the uncertainty out of the exercise. I will certainly promote Bachcare (and already have), but I don’t want it to get too successful as I want the bach to be available to me whenever I need it !! Aug 07

    Hi Jo. Just to say thanks for the weekend in Ohakune as we enjoyed it very much. The batch was absolutely superb and we loved sitting round the open fire with a few wines. We went up to the summit on sat and it was snowing so got some photos and was great then came back down to the pub for 1 or 2.     Ohakune Chalet Owner puts bachcare to the test

    It has been such a relief for me to have someone on the ground in Ohakune.  Jo organised the completion of outstanding items and has supervised the installation of appliances and other changes necessary to turn the chalet into the ultimate getaway accommodation. 

    It has been an awesome ski season (2004), but every time I went to head to Ohakune, I have discovered that bachcare has already rented the chalet.  I didn't expect them to rent it out so quickly and so often from a standing start in the market.

    bachcare certainly passed the test I set for it and I am confident that it is ready to take on the management of baches and holiday homes in any new community.
