The change of season has us all reaching for cozy sweaters and comfort food, and nothing says comfort like a slow cooker filling the house with delicious aromas.

Slow cooking intensifies the flavours of food, while being budget friendly and oh-so-easy. It’s perfect for days spent inside – you won’t even have to worry about leaving the cooker on while you’re out!

Start your morning by prepping one of these hearty recipes, then sit back, relax and enjoy a stress free meal in the evening.

1. Turkish Lamb and Mashed Potatoes
