Recently, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern updated the nation on COVID-19 and announced the following:
- The Auckland region is at COVID-19 Alert Level 3 until August 30, 2020
- The rest of New Zealand is at COVID-19 Alert Level 2.
It is for this reason, and in our ongoing effort to support the government, our frontline health care professionals and to protect the wider community, that we have made temporary but critical changes to our operation.

If you are due to travel to or from Auckland for a booking that commences during the Alert Level 3, then please email [email protected] to discuss your options. Please ensure you include your six digit Booking ID in the email along with any other details related to your booking.
If you are travelling to and from a region in Level 2, your booking is able to proceed as per the New Zealand government guidelines. You can view more details about this here.
