On March 23rd, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern updated the nation on COVID-19 and announced that New Zealand was moving to Alert Level 4.
For this reason, and in our effort to support the government, our frontline health care professionals and to protect the wider community, that we have made temporary but critical changes to our operation.
We ask that you support us and lend us your patience as our teams navigate their way through these unprecedented times.
We have ceased taking non-essential new bookings for stays until April 23, 2020.
While we will be processing new bookings through our website, each will be assessed by our team and actioned based on strict essential travel criteria.
If you have booked on or before March 14, 2020, with a check-in date between March 25, 2020 and April 23, 2020, you are entitled to your choice of the option to rebook your holiday to a later date, a Bachcare credit redeemable against any of our properties in the next 12 months or a refund.
If you have booked on or before March 14, 2020 with a check-in date between April 24, 2020 and June 30, 2020 you are entitled to your choice of the option to rebook your holiday to a later date or a Bachcare credit redeemable against any of our properties in the next 12 months. Change fees are waived in either case. Your booking is not eligible for a refund.
For bookings after June 30, 2020 standard terms and conditions apply to your booking.
The terms and conditions of your booking remain unaffected and valid against your future stay. You will be able to redeem the credit against any stay with us in the next 12 months.
