- Opt into our email database – if you haven’t already, opt into our marketing mailing list for the hottest holiday homes and best deals delivered straight to you
- Engage with us on social media – comment on our competition post on Facebook or Instagram
- Leave us a Review – if you’ve recently returned from a holiday, you can leave a review and let others know about your stay to go in the draw

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the “December 2019 Prize Draw: Win a $500 Bachcare voucher” (“The Competition”) run by Bachcare Limited (“Bachcare”).
By entering The Competition, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
The Competition is open to any person aged 18 and over, except for employees or contractors of Bachcare and their families, partners, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of The Competition.
The Competition prize is $500 NZD of Bachcare vouchers, which may be used to make an accommodation booking via Bachcare’s online holiday homes booking site (@ www.bachcare.co.nz) (“The Website”).
Bachcare reserves the right to alter or amend the methods of entry or The Competition at any time.
Methods of entry: You may enter The Competition by any of the following methods: “Book a holiday (worth 1 entry)”, “Engage with us on social media (worth 1 entry)”, “Enter your email address (worth 1 entry)”, “Leave us a Review (worth 1 entry)” and “Bonus entry” (worth 1 entry).
The method of entry “Book a holiday (worth 1 entry)” describes the action of booking a holiday via The Website and making payment in full for such holiday (without subsequent cancellation), and not the date of the holiday itself. Only holidays booked directly through The Website will be eligible for this method of entry.
Multiple entries by the same person will only be accepted for entries via “Book a holiday”.
The method of entry “Engage with us on social media” describes the action of commenting on The Competition post on Facebook or Instagram.
The method of entry “Leave us a review”, describes the action of clicking the link in the email we send you shortly after your holiday has finished, and leaving us a review on The Website. To enter via this method, you must have stayed with Bachcare within the last twelve (12) months and be the person who made the booking.
The method of entry “Enter your email address”, describes the action of subscribing to our emails by entering your email into one of our sign up forms or opting in at checkout when making your booking on The Website. This method of entry is only available to new subscribers.
Method of entry “Bonus entry” is for people subscribed to Bachcare’s email marketing: On receiving a launch email for The Competition, “click on the link below’ titled “Enter the competition here” describes the action of clicking the email button and qualifies for one entry into The Competition. This method of entry can be used once per email address and is only available to the original recipient of the email.
To enter The Competition, one or more (as applicable) of the actions described above must be completed between 00.01 01/12/2019 and 23.59 31/12/2019.
The winner will be selected at random and contacted by phone or email. Winners must claim their prize within 5 working days of notification or the prize will be void and a new winner selected.
No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Bachcare’s decision on the winner is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The winner must provide satisfactory proof of identity upon request.
Bachcare is entitled to refuse to process any prize where it deems necessary. For example, if you are unable to or fail to produce satisfactory identification when claiming a prize.
Bachcare will not be held accountable for any costs, losses, damages and/or expenses (including travel fees) which the winner may incur in relation to The Competition, or any accommodation booked using the prize voucher.
Bachcare reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and stage another competition in its place.
The Competition prize (the voucher) is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issue. You must book accommodation via The Website using the voucher within that period. Any remaining balance on the voucher may no longer be used after the expiry of this period.
The voucher use (and associated use of any accommodation) is subject to Bachcare’s guest Terms and conditions.
The Competition prize is non-transferable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered.
Accepting the prize constitutes your consent to our use of your name and city/town of residence and, if requested by Bachcare, to be interviewed and/or photographed (without compensation) by us (or one of our representatives) for publicity purposes. Such publicity may be undertaken by us on our Website and/or social media channels.
Any personal information we collect in connection with The Competition will be held by Bachcare in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available on The Website.
By entering The Competition you consent to the personal information that you provide for the purposes of The Competition to be used by us to send you sales and marketing information about our products and services. If, at any time, you no longer wish to receive sales and marketing information from us, you can unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe facility on any email messages we send to you.
