The main home on the upper level is accessed at the driveway level and has a comfortable lounge, dining area and kitchen together with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a super king bed complete with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, bedroom 2 a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a single bunk. There is an additional family bathroom on this level.<\/p>\n
After a day in the sun fire up the BBQ, enjoy a cold drink and relax on the wide deck watching the world go by out in the bay.<\/p>\n
The apartment on the lower level is accessed via external and internal stairs and has its own lounge and kitchenette with 2 bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Each bedroom opens out onto the patio and garden with an additional BBQ. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a queen bed. Bedroom 5 is fitted with 2 king single beds. The 2 king single beds can be joined to make a California king bed.<\/p>\n
On the lower level, there is a private garden for the children to play in.<\/p>\n
When you are not enjoying the view, enjoy a day in the sand and surf with a short stroll to Brophy\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s and Buffalo Beaches, or explore the local area and head into town (just a 2-minute drive).<\/p>\n
