It cannot be used on bookings made through third-party channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minimum spend to redeem this code is $300 NZD. This is calculated on the accommodation (nightly rental) charges only. Cleaning fees, pet-friendly fees and supplied linen costs do not count towards the minimum spend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minimum stay to use this code is 2 nights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The $75 NZD discount is applied to the total booking amount including GST.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The code can be used once per customer, and one time only per booking. Customers are identified by email address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The promo code is not transferable and may not be traded, sold or redeemed for cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only one promo code can be used per booking, and it cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or vouchers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The promo code does not apply to gift voucher purchases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a booking is amended so that it no longer meets the minimum spend or minimum stay, the discount may be removed and the booking total adjusted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a booking is cancelled by the guest, the discount amount will be deducted from any refund that applies. If a booking is shortened or partially cancelled, the discount will be recalculated based on the remaining booking [and removed if the minimum requirements are no longer met].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Bachcare cancels a booking, the guest will receive a refund of the amount they actually paid. The promo code will be reissued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachcare may withdraw or change this promo code at any time.
