“The property needs a thorough clean and some of the stuff needs to be checked and discarded e.”
G. chipped cups and glasses, general old stuff that isn't necessary. The listing needs to reflect that this is a bottom floor apartment of a two storey house. The apartment is well resourced and has a wonderful view with great access to the beach. We really enjoyed the stay but it could have been a different experience if people had been upstairs.

Robert “Property is fantastic location with superb views although garden needs tending to Extremely frustrating to arrive and find key lock box code was incorrect !”
Logging on to WIFI proved a long process !! Dish washer was broken and this was very inconvenient!! All of above required phone calls to Bachcare which spoilt start of holiday. In general the property requires a deep clean and paint re-fresh

Instructions nice and clear. Bathroom cupboard needs repair but I’m sure you’re aware of that. Loved the cheeky weka on the deck

A great central point for all of the interesting spots to visit in the Abel Tasman and the place itself was lovely.

Does lose the sun on the deck from early afternoon, and access to th beach is very steep. The surrounding garden was a pleasure along with the views. Would stay again

We did not want for anything and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves and will definitely come back.

For people who find steep stairs difficult there are few steps down to the house, and then very steep stairs down to the beach. We loved hearing the ocean at night.

The beds were very comfortable. However the steps down to the appartment are steep and need a hand rail. The living area gets the early morning sun, but is a bit cool after that.

A great location only a 5-10 minute walk to beautiful Kaiteriteri beach, restaurants and all the supplies you'll need at the local shop. With beach access direct from the property, about 130 steps you will walk onto the pristine Breaker Bay of golden sands that feels like your own private beach. Highly recommend booking this property for your next tranquil getaway.

Perched upon the hillside, overlooking Breaker Bay, with a spacious living area that flows out onto the balcony, enjoy the outdoors and cook up a barbecue. Sleeping 8 people in Queen, Double and bunk beds, this home is perfect for families and friends looking to spend time together. On those warm sunny days head down the stairs on to the beach at Breakers Bay, where you can relax and go for a swim. Just a 10-minute walk away, find yourself on the main Kaiteriteri beach, where you can rent a kayak or canoe, hire some bikes or try out stand up paddleboarding. For shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets drive to Motueka (a 15-minute drive away) where you’ll also find a golf course. Just an hour’s drive away from Nelson and close to the Abel Tasman National Park, there are many attractions to visit all around.
