Rat or mouse poo should be cleaned from the lower kitchen draws. Should inform guests that there are other people staying on the property. Apart from that the house and property are beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Carleen “Lovely home views and all was stunning!”
BUT! For the amount we paid for it you think everything would be top notch. 1.We arrived and had to give the house a clean over as the floors were dirty, it hadnt been vaccumed. 2.The smell of septic through our entire stay was disgusting! 3. We were wanting bridal photos out on grass area but couldnt as the lawns were long and thick. 4.No introduction booklet about anything on how to work microwave,oven,wifi etc. Yes amazing views but other than that pretty disapointing with spending that much money to come in and having to clean it!

we were given an incorrect access code , and at age 75 and 80 we stood in wind and rain trying to contact bachcare for correct info... we saw in the Stuff article that this is a common experience with bachcare 2 A handwritten note said thet instructions as to using the appliances was on the oven top.... there were no instructions and we had hours of difficulty working out how to use things 3 After 4.30 on friday night no one was answering the phone, We tried numerous times and again pnoned and texted 1bout 12 times on saturday morning.... again from the stuff article , this is a common experience. I then rang the number for people wishing to rent their bach and got an instant reply. A staff member was sent about 12 that day 4 tv was supposed to be available and important to my husband and son as they withed to watch the womens rugby final that night, they spent frustrating hours trying to get it to work, as did the staff member, who came at 12 on saturday to help. she reluctantly rang the owner and we found that the tv was not available on any channel 5 We were told that our only problem was that we wanted perfection and why had we bothered to book with bachcare if we had read the Stuff article..i explained that we only read it when we arrived after encountering so many difficulties. The house was lovely and we eventually enjoyed our stay but it was marred by the obove problems When i rang bach care yesterday about another booking the staff on the hone wre pleasant and helpful

Location is amazing every window has a breath-taking view. Wanted to take the mattress home with us they were so comfortable. A holiday we will remember forever thank you very much.

Great place for a quiet weekend. Lots of toys for the kids to play with. Was a little chilly as there is no heat pump but otherwise a great place thatâs really well equipped. Would definitely stay again.
