    “The BBQ is not in working order.”

    Rat or mouse poo should be cleaned from the lower kitchen draws. Should inform guests that there are other people staying on the property. Apart from that the house and property are beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Set alongside 14 acres of native bush, this home is blessed with birdsong all day long, and peace and privacy throughout your fabulous stay. The contemporary design of this home means that the indoor-outdoor flow is flawless, from the spacious and airy interior out onto the large sundeck that spans the length of the home! Imagine starting each day off with your hot drink out on the decking, admiring the views to the south-east. At the other side of the house is a covered sundeck that also offers northern views to Pakiri Beach. There is nothing but the best here with those comforts from home that make your holiday just right, including WiFi and a BBQ. Whakamaria can accommodate up to six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. When it's time to enjoy everything that the local area has to offer, Pakiri Beach is a quick 10-minute drive, Goat Island is a short 9-minute drive away, and Matakana Village is within a 20-minute drive as well. Start your day with a stroll around the popular Matakana Farmers' Markets and finish up with dinner at the famous Leigh Sawmill Cafe, offering the best in local craft beers, food and live music. Whakamaria has it all - incredible views, convenience and an air of luxury.
