In summer, imagine wandering out into the garden and taking shelter from the sun under the tree, on the hammock, with a good book in hand. Or in winter, picture yourself snuggled up on the couch enjoying some peace and quiet.
Ten 37 is a cosy and cheerful holiday spot that has WiFi, a Smart TV with Freeview, and a few board games to choose from, so your entertainment is covered.
If you've got plans to make this your base for venturing out to see all the local bays and maybe even get out on the water, there is plenty of parking available for boats or trailers full of holiday gear.
This is the perfect base to return to after days exploring everything on offer in the region. The Sawmill Brewery and Smoko Room is a 4-minute walk from your front door and often has great music events, if not a great local spot to check out. Visit the famous Matakana Markets, head to the local vineyards, or visit the beautiful beaches nearby. Snells Beach, Tawharanui, Omaha, and Leigh are all within a short drive from your door!

A small cot and high chair are available on request, please let us know if you require these for your stay upon making your booking.
Please note there is a maximum of 4 adults per booking.
Please be aware there are not full kitchen facilities. There is only a microwave, kettle and twin hot plate available during your stay.
Guest should be aware there is a dog that belongs to the main house and roams about the section freely and can be very eager to meet new guests.
As the property has unfenced access to the pond, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
Please note that there is building currently taking place at an adjacent property so there may be noise disturbance during working hours. It is expected to finish by the end of March 2022.
