“The stay was great, place is as advertised and the town is slow and quiet which was nice.”

You need to update the lockbox combination in the booking email though, it's wrong. Thankfully customer service has a record of the correct combination but arriving at 10pm to find the code wrong wasn't a great start.. especially considering the last review says the same thing. Also there were no bags for household rubbish for departure and only 1 dishwasher tab provided for a few nights stay.

“Starting the trip with the incorrect key code was an inconvenience on a cold day.”

There also wasn't enough heaters to keep the house warm as only 1 x small fin heater in the lounge.

“We enjoyed our stay however it smelt like no one had been in the house for a long time and the dust in the pots and pans showed that.”

And we would've appreciated if the house was vacuumed well as we had our son crawling around and picked up a piece of avocado (the little stick bit that's normally on the top of avocado) and he put it in his mouth, lucky we saw him cheewing on something before he tried to swallow it.

“The Bach was lovely, in great location.”

Only downside was the sofa and arm chair was very uncomfortable. Also it stated there was a hair dryer but there wasn’t one. Apart from that all good thank you

“This is a clean, tidy and very comfortable bach in a quiet neighbourhood, with a great view to Kawau Island.”

It is within easy walking distance of Snells beach and close to numerous other beaches and walks. A good place for 2 or 3 people to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
