House was really well equipped and a beautiful view out over akaroa. Clean and tidy and great to have the kids room upstairs which was well set up amd gave them a place to play away from the common area. Communication leading up to the booking was fantastic. Thanks for a great stay

Plus some chux clothes would have helped us keep the place cleaner and allowed to clean the bbq. We did not bring these ourselves and struggled.

Lovely additional touches like the coffee pods, Netflix and the great amount of tea-towels. The kids loved the CD player etc up in âthe kids roomâ. Lots of split levels, so great for older kids or several families who have different spaces (not so much for younger kids who canât manage stairs) but still while having a great large living area sizeable enough for all. Would recommend this place, and would hire again if in Akaroa.

Our kids really appreciated the books, games and lego on site. The property was very clean and had all the utensils. BBQ was very handy. The best part was that we could bring our dog with us on the holiday. Will definitely stay here again.

We had 5 adults and it was ideal being able to spread out across 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. Well-equipped and ideal if you have children with the loft room extremely spacious and well-stocked with toys, books and stereo. Would book again.

Very accommodating for kids and dogs, including a dog area and what seemed like endless games! Great location up from the waterfront, easy stroll down into town. Plenty of outdoor space as well as off street parking. Really enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back!

The semi-open-plan living space will certainly become the hub of the home, furnished for comfort and equipped with a heat pump and ceiling fan for temperature control.
