    “Instead of enjoying the great location and million-dollar view, this house rather cost us a million nerves enduring the daily construction noise and the obnoxiously loud music played by the workers next door.”

    Kind requests to turn the music off remained unanswered. BachCare’s response to our request to help was sluggish and haphazard (“the music was more akin to background [construction noise] music ”). This makes the property essentially uninhabitable during weekday daytime. Failure to disclose the ongoing major construction and to post misleading outdated aerial images is essentially false advertisement by the owner and by BachCare and a violation of their own rules. If you happen to have ...

If you happen to have booked this house anytime in the near future, get a refund and run! There are plenty of decent alternatives from less profit-oriented providers nearby. Minor shortcomings like the non-functioning oven, missing iron/board etc really do not matter anymore in this context.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
