Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

With views from the kitchen sink, step down to a stylish kitchen-dining space which is well-equipped with quality appliances and an eight-seater dining to enjoy hearty holiday meals in this fantastic setting. This split-level holiday home sleeps up to seven guests across four bedrooms. Two upstairs bedrooms provide queen-size beds and breathtaking views, complete with a balcony and a family-sized bathroom. The downstairs bedrooms comprise bunk beds, while an additional bathroom and laundry nook complete this functional set-up. This elevated site provides off-street parking and is just a short stroll from the shores of Tikao Bay. Bay View is a perfect base to discover all the Banks Peninsula has to offer. As there is an unfenced stream at the front of the property and direct access to the ocean, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

About the location

The stunning Banks Peninsula is located on the East Coast of the South Island. It is home to two large harbours and many small bays and towns such as the beautiful Akaroa. With an area that spans approximately 1,150 square kilometres there's plenty to see and do. Experience the peninsula on foot with one of the many hikes in the area, or spend time on the water sea kayaking with the amazing marine wildlife!
