    “The location is great and we loved the peace and quiet that this provided.”

    The grounds are beautiful and our dog loved being able to roam around. We especially loved listening to the bird calls in the evenings and keeping an eye out for the wild rabbits. We owe the hosts an apology as after unpacking at home we found that we had inadvertently packed their roll of rubbish bags, so sorry about that Mark and we'll bring them back on our next stay.

Linen

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property

Welcome to Havenbrooke - the ideal getaway for two! Equipped with the essentials to ensure easy holiday living, such as WiFi, Havenbrooke has all the beauty of Kerikeri at your fingertips from its Kiwi style studio setup. Havenbrooke offers a lush garden and generous section filled with mature trees, lots of birdlife, some great outdoor living areas, and even a river that flows through the property. Take your pick whether you want to cool off with a dip in the river, or want an alfresco meal under a tree in the garden. Havenbrooke is cosy and comfortable, made up of an open plan bedroom, living, dining and kitchenette area that opens out on a sheltered sundeck and then onto the garden. When you return from a busy day exploring this wonderful retreat offers Netflix for your enjoyment and relaxation. Havenbrooke has enough facilities to whip up some quick and easy breakfasts and lunches. But when you're heading out for a good bite to eat at the end of the day, you'll love being only a five-minute drive from Waipapa, or in the other direction, both Kerikeri Inlet and the main Kerikeri township. You're spoilt for choice! Kerikeri is renowned for its historical significance. Head down to the Rainbow Falls and admire the stunning waterfall, or even take a dip in the swimming hole just a six-minute drive away, or visit the country's oldest building just seven minutes drive away, or stop by Kerikeri central and visit the local cafes and restaurants. Summer or winter, Havenbrooke awaits!

As the property has direct access to the river, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

About the location

Kerikeri is a fantastic town to linger in, and was voted New Zealand's top small town. It is rich with history, and visitors can visit the historic Kerikeri Mission Station for a very small cost. The Kerikeri township offers great dining opportunities, and some wonderful boutique stores. All of our Kerikeri holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.
