“The house was clean and comfortable.”
The WiFi was virtually non-existent. The beds are queens--not kings. We would have liked a coffeemaker and some instructions on how to use the induction stove. The master switch for the stove was difficult to find.

It had everything we needed. The house is even better in real life with lots of luxuryâs.

Good layout for family and friends sharing. Downstairs had adjoining rooms which makes good for families with kids. Lots of air-conditioning, especially in the bedrooms. Would recommend and stay again.

The wifi was pretty poor - it constantly stopped or halted working. We weren't 100% sure what to do about the rubbish/recycling. But overall, it was a great place.

The house itself was well equipped with the amenities that was mentioned in the website. We had a wonderful time at the Bach and would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues. The place was very tidy and well kept. Lots of space in the house to un-wind after spending quality time in the scenic Beach (which is right in front of the property). The BBQ option was very helpful for the dinner we planned and great place for a Family gathering.

Our whole family were really comfortable in the beautifully appointed home. The kitchen caters for a large family with everything you need. The deck and outdoor settings were gorgeous. The view and location are absolutely stunning we would highly recommend this wonderful home.

Easy walking distance into Paihia and access to the Russell ferry. Kerikeri Taxis very helpful transferring a bridesmaid at 5am in the morning to fly back to Australia from Kerikeri Airport. Double glazing a real bonus for traffic noise and glass balastrades blocked a lot of road noise when sitting outside. Well done with the alterations !! Comfy beds and lovely bathrooms.

We stayed with a group of adults and kids for 3 nights. Our overall experience was excellent, however for the price you pay per night it would be great to see some additional items. The downstairs area can do with an aircon as it can get really hot at night. Also the kitchen and bathroom can do with some more day to day items? More tea towels, towels, coffee machine? Sugar, toilet paper. Would highly recommend the bach tho!

Bed was comfortable and the showers were great, nice bathroom. Good location, close to town. Overall very pleased, very handy being next door to the Paihia Resort Hotel, as we went there for dinner and breakfast. Would recommend, ideal for a big family.

The home ticked all the boxes. We were 4 adults and 2 children (ages 7 & 2). There was ample room for everyone, a home away from home, with the most stunning view of the beach, and the added bonus of a playground across the road and a cafe for morning coffee just 2 minutes walk. We chose to add linen which meant that the beds were beautifully styled. The home is decorated wonderfully with art and plants, modern appliances, and was spotlessly clean (3 bathrooms!). We stayed in early spring when the temperature was cold at night. The upstairs bedrooms have heatpumps as well as the main living area, and down stairs had a heater adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We also enjoyed being able to sleep downstairs adjacent from the children. Thankyou for sharing this stunning home with us.

Unencumbered views of the Bay and close to all amenities. Especially good for families and the playground across from the house is an added bonus. Very clean and tidy and well appointed with luxury bedrooms with individual en suites, the house is great for children an adults alike. The living areas are big and very comfortable. As luxuriously appointed as a hotel the TVs in all the bedrooms means everyone has somewhere to relax and with all rooms having a view of the Bay, everyone wakes up to the sound and views of the glorious Bay of Islands. Masses of parking and outdoor grounds makes the site perfect for active families. Across from a child friendly playground and near to the fantastic Ti Bay Takeaways and supermarkets, this place has it all.

Welcome to Waterfront Beach House! - Located in Paihia this is a great place for family holidays to get away from your busy lives and enjoy each others company. Completely renovated in 2020 Waterfront Beach House has plenty of room to host you, your family and friends with great extras such as air-conditioning and WiFi. The large living space on the upper floor has ranch sliders that open on to the large deck with wide sea views over the beach. The perfect spot to unwind enjoy a BBQ and a drink and watch the world go by. Outside there is a garden to enjoy family games. The bedroom set up is perfect for an extended family. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have their own en-suite bathrooms with both enjoying direct access to the deck and one has its own walk-in wardrobe. On the ground floor there are an additional 3 bedrooms - 2 with a king bed and a third with a double bed. One of the bedrooms with a king bed can only be accessed via the double bedroom, however it does have direct access to the patio via ranch sliders. Everything you need is close at hand. Spend days at the beach with a picnic and a hat, and make sure to head to the playground the kids will love it! Enjoy nights in town exploring the local area or settle in and spend quality time playing games with family and friends. Waterfront Beach House in Paihia is the perfect place to chill out and relax, disconnect from your routine day to day schedule and put your feet up.
